【摘要】 在我国资源环境问题日益突出的前提下,十七大将生态文明建设写入党章。生态文明建设具体体现之一是废弃物的再利用,本文利用灰度理论对废弃物综合利用因素进行排序,对排序因素的废弃物利用情况及利用措施进行分析,并对关联不高但对环境污染影响较大的废气同样进行分析,对废弃物综合利用的总体对策进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contradiction between the resources and the environment becomes more serious, so the 17th CPC National Congress has wrote the ecological civilization construction into the party constitution. One of the specific reflections in ecological civilization is the recycling of wastes. In this paper, we sort the comprehensive utilized factors by using the gray theory, and analyze the utilization according to the whole life cycle, and bring forward the corresponding measures.更多还原
