EPS硬件电路设计及其可靠性分析

【摘要】 简要介绍了EPS系统的组成及工作原理,根据EPS对控制算法精度和实时性的要求,设计了以DSPTMS320LF2407作为核心控制单元的硬件电路并对EPS硬件电路的可靠性进行了研究和分析。
【Abstract】 The structure and operating principle of EPS(Electric Power Steering) control system is described in this paper firstly.Then according to precision algorithms and real-time control requirements of EPS,the design of hardware circuit which is based on the core of control unit with DSP chip-TMS320LF2407 is mentioned. Finally,the hardware reliability of EPS is studied and analyzed.
