【摘要】 自然遗产是地球自然历史变迁过程中的一段记忆,可持续利用是自然遗产实现其社会功能、价值功能的唯一途径。建立遗产资源可持续利用的思想共识、行动共识、模式共识和技术共识,建立支持可持续利用的规划设计方法及其评估方法,是当代中国风景园林学界的历史责任、时代责任与未来责任。自然遗产可持续利用空间模式包括平面分区利用模式和深度利用模式,分区利用模式是由以核心区为中心的梯度利用结构和以ROS为基础的游憩机会分区序列组成;深度利用模式是由价值—学习模式、环境—游憩模式、原住民—乡土文化体验模式、风景—观赏模式组成。这些模式的可持续发展的动力来自政府支持与市场需求推动,适度的产业发展是遗产资源可持续利用的重要经济基础,可持续的规划设计是自然遗产可持续利用的前提,法政系统与管理体制是自然遗产可持续利用的制度保障,容量控制、游客管理、资源保育、动态监控是自然遗产可持续利用的技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural heritage is the memory of natural historical change of Earth,its function of social and value can be achieved only by the way of sustainable use.The unite ideas,action,model and technical for sustainable use of natural heritage need be created,and the methods of sustainable planning and assessment for sustainable use of natural heritage is also very necessary,these are the historical duties,times duties and future duties of China Landscape Architecture.The models of zoning use and deep use are the two fundamental models of sustainable use,the zoning use models include graded use levels based on core conservation areas and ROS model,the deep use models include four kinds of models:value-education model, environment—recreation model,original resident—rural cultural experience model,and landscape-sightseeing model.The power of sustainable development of these models come from the support of government and the promotion of market demands, rationized industry development is important economic foundation of sustainable use of heritage resources,sustainable planning and design is the first step of sustainable use of natural heritage,law and political system and management system is the system support of sustainable use,capacity control,visitor management,resource protection,ecological monitoring are the technical support of sustainable use of natural heritage.更多还原
