【摘要】 目的了解近年西部贫困地区肺结核的流行趋势,为结核病防治提供参考。方法采用定基比和环比增长速度对西部两个国家级贫困县2001—2009年的肺结核报告资料进行动态分析。结果 2个国家级贫困县的肺结核报告发病率在2005年以前呈上升趋势,2005年后呈下降的趋势,年均报告发病率为53.52/10万,各年度男性报告发病率均高于女性,男女发病的性别比为2.51:1;发病年龄以青壮年为主(20～40岁)。结论近年来该地区肺结核的发病仍较严重,青壮年农民为肺结核病的高发人群,应重点关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the epidemiological trend of pulmonary tuberculosis in Poverty-stricken Areas during the recent ten years.Methods Speeds of increase(fixed base relative,link relative) were used to analyze the data of pulmonary tuberculosis reported from two state-designated impoverished counties from 2001 to 2009.Results There was increasing tendency before 2005 and decreasing tendency after 2005 in the reported incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis.The average reported incidence rate was 53.52/10~5.The reported incidence rate of male was higher than that of female,with the sex ratio of 2.51.Most cases were of the ages from 20 to 40 years.Conclusion The incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis still remains high in the recent years and some measures need to be strengthened to young peasants for controlling tuberculosis.更多还原
