【摘要】 目的分析银川市结核病项目开展以来病人发现和转归情况。方法收集并分析银川市2005—2009年结核病监测系统报告的病例。结果银川市自项目开展以来,项目全覆盖银川市所辖的6个县市区,覆盖率100%,覆盖人口100%;银川市活动性肺结核发病率,基本达到国家规定的37/10万,每年均完成新涂阳病人任务数;新涂阳病人治愈率2005年、2006年、2007年、2008年分别为90.58%、90.81%、92.59%、95.57%,经趋势X~2检验差别有统计学意义,新涂阳病人治愈率在逐年提高。结论银川市项目进展工作开展良好,有效地控制了传染源,需要对痰检人员加强培训,以便提高痰检技术人员的专业水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the project was conducted in Yinchuan City,tuberculosis detection and prognosis of the patient.Methods To collect and analyze the patients of TB from 2005 to 2009 reported cases of TB surveillance system.Results the project covers the whole of the six counties under the control of Yinchuan,coverage rate was 100%,covering population was 100%since the project was conducted in Yinchuan,The incidence of active pulmonary tuberculosis was basic meet the state standard;New smear-positive patients in the number of tasks completed each year;The cure rate of new smear positive patients in 2005,2006,2007,2008 were 90.58%,90.81%,92.59%,95.57%respectively,there was statistically significant difference after the trend X~2 test,the cure rate of new smear positive patients increased year by year.Conclusion The project carried out very well,which was effectively controlled the source of active pulmonary TB patients,but the need to strengthen training of sputum inspector.更多还原
