【摘要】 目的分析福建省5个结核病流行病学抽样调查情况,为改进和提高结核病防治工作质量提供依据。方法按照全国统一调查方法与标准,对受检对象进行症状调查并拍摄胸片,对可疑症状者进行痰涂片和痰培养检查,对受检对象开展了知晓率及社会经济情况问卷调查。结果受检率为95.9%;5个调查点活动性肺结核患病率为427.35/10万;涂阳肺结核患病率为142.45/10万;菌阳肺结核患病率为156.70/10万。患者家庭人均全年纯收入平均水平均低于当地农村居民人均纯收入。结核病防治知识知晓率为63.1%。结论农村肺结核患病情况仍较严重,乡村卫生院(所)仍是病人发现工作的重点。各级政府必须持续增加经费投入提高对患者的人文关怀。以农村居民为重点,有针对性开展通俗易懂的健康促进活动,提高公众结核病防治知识知晓率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze information about the epidemiological sampling survey on tuberculosis in Fujian province,and to provide evidence for improving tuberculosis control quality.Methods According to the unified methods and criterion,the subject were diagnosed through inquiry of symptoms and chest radiograph,the suspects were examined by sputum smear test and sputum culture,the awareness survey and social-economic survey were conducted through questionnaires.Results The examination rate was 95.9%;the prevalence rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis in five sites was 427.35 per 100 000;the prevalence rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 142.45 per 100 000;the sputum smear-positive mobility rate was 156.70 per 100 000.The average of per capita net income of patients was lower than the per capita net income of local rural residents.The awareness rate of tuberculosis control was 63.1%.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis in the rural areas was still severe,the rural health clinics were important places for cases detection.Governments should continue to increase expenditure and improve humanistic care for the patients.It is very important to focus on the rural residents,carry out easy-to-understand health promotion,and improve the awareness about tuberculosis control of the public.更多还原
