【摘要】 目的探索INH对PPD+的HIV感染者预防性治疗的效果。方法对湖北省13个艾滋病疫情比较严重的县、区能随访到的PPD+的HIV感染者进行9个月的INH预防性治疗,随访观察1年后结核发病情况。结果 213例PPD+阳性的非结核HIV感染者中,166例自愿进行9个月INH预防性治疗,47例拒绝INH预防性治疗。1年后复查,166例进行预防性治疗的患者有1例发展为结核病,年结核发病率为0.60%;47例未进行预防性治疗的患者有3例发展为结核病,年结核发病率为6.38%(P=0.03)。结论 INH预防性治疗能有效降低PPD+的HIV感染者年结核病发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective There are few studies on INH preventive treatment in HIV positive patients in China,while the research has been done for many years in developed countries.This study aims to investigate the preventive effects of INH treatment in patients with HIV+ PPD~+.Method The PPD status of HIV+ patients was examined by CD4 counting,PPD tests,X-rays and sputum tests in 13 countries with high HIV infection in Hubei province.The patients with HIV+ PPD~+ will receive 9-month INH preventive treatment.The incidence of TB among them will be examined and analyzed after one year.Result There were 213 non-TB cases with PPD~+ among 1047 HIV+ patients.166 out of 213 patients agreed to receive 9-month INH treatment,while 47 cases refused to.One year later,one TB case was diagnosed among the 166 patients.The incidence rate of TB is 0.60%.3 TB cases were identified among the 47 patients.The incidence rate of TB rate is 6.38%(P=0.03). Conclusion INH preventive treatment is effective in reducing TB cases in HIV+ PPD+ patients.更多还原
