【摘要】 目的肺结核病人门诊服务利用在结核病控制中发挥着重要作用,本文研究农村肺结核病人的门诊服务利用及影响因素。方法通过在山东省随机选择经济发展水平不同的6个县做为研究现场,在每一个县,选择在县结核病防治机构登记,并在过去一年已完成治疗的501名农村肺结核病人作为研究对象。调查采用结构式调查表、家庭入户调查的方法。结果医生督导管理在肺结核病人门诊服务利用过程中发挥重要作用;肺结核病人主观评价良好对其门诊服务利用情况有积极作用;肺结核病人门诊服务利用情况因病人依从性不同而有显著差异。结论保证肺结核病人切实享受免费检查和治疗;继续充分发挥村医生在结核病发现与管理中的作用;建立以病人为中心的管理机制,保证病人得到及时有效的治疗;保证肺结核病人切实享受免费检查和治疗;继续充分发挥村医生在结核病发现与管理中的作用;建立以病人为中心的管理机制,保证病人得到及时有效的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TB patients in TB control use of outpatient services play an important role,this study of tuberculosis patients in rural out-patient service use and factors.Methods Random selection in Shandong Province,with different levels of economic development in six counties as a research site,in every county,select the registration of TB in the county,and in the past year,501 completed the treatment of tuberculosis patients in rural as object.Survey using structured questionnaire,the family-home survey methods.Results Supervision and management of medical out-patient services in tuberculosis patients play an important role in utilization; tuberculosis patients in their subjective evaluation of good utilization of outpatient services has a positive effect;tuberculosis patients in outpatient service use different for the compliance of patients were significantly different.Conclusions TB patients to ensure the effective enjoyment of free examination and treatment;continue to give full play to the village doctors in TB discovery and management role;establish patient-centered management mechanism to ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment;to ensure the effective enjoyment of free examination of tuberculosis patients and treatment;continue to give full play to the village doctors in TB discovery and management role;establish a patient-centered management mechanism to ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment.更多还原
