提高电气石/TiO2复合粉体材料在水介质中分散性的实验研究

【摘要】 本文对电气石/TiO2复合粉体材料(TTCM)在水介质中的自然分散行为、水介质pH值与加入分散剂对分散性的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:合理调节水介质pH值和加入分散剂六偏磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠均能使TTCM的分散性得以显著提高;其中,pH值的影响反映了颗粒表面zeta电位的作用,当电位为0时,分散性最差,偏离使zeta电位为0的pH值,均可以使颗粒的分散性能提升。六偏磷酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠均能对粉体进行很好的分散,两者的静电排斥作用和空间位阻效应可以提高颗粒在水介质中分散的稳定性。在相同的加入量下,六偏磷酸钠的分散效果优于聚丙烯酸钠,并确定了六偏磷酸钠的最佳用量比。

【Abstract】 The nature dispersing behavior of tourmaline/TiO2 composite powder(TTCM)and the effect of different pH and dispersants on the dispersion of TTCM in aqueous medium was investigated.The dispersion stability was comprehensively analyzed take advantage of the graph and sedimentation test.Results indicated that the dispersion could strengthen by appropriate pH and sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium polyacrylate added.pH can adjust zeta potential value which is particles on surface.When zeta potential value was equal to 0,the dispersing effect was the worst,and when zeta potential value was not equal to 0,the dispersing effect was better.The dispersing effect to powder of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium polyacrylate were both well.Electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance of them could effectively strengthen the stability in aqueous medium.Besides in the same condition of dispersion,the dispersing effect of sodium hexametaphosphate was better than that of sodium polyacrylate,and the dispersant sodium hexametaphosphate-the composite powder of tourmaline/TiO2 ratio was optimized.However,the dispersing effect of C12H25SO3Na was not visible.Its electrostatic repulsion could not strengthen the dispersing effect,and the existence of hydrophobe group speeds up the rate of sedimentation.
