【摘要】 采用Huvls技术制造的易染色丙纶具有极好的拒水性、耐污染性、质轻保暖和易染性。探讨易染丙纶纯纺筒子纱的染色工艺,从筒子纱密度、前处理工艺、染色温度控制、保温时间等影响因素方面对工艺进行优化。结果表明,采用托拉司WW型分散性染料在130℃进行染色,可获得匀染效果,生产中染纱损耗控制在8%以内,一等品率达95%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The package dyeing process of dyeable polypropyleane fiber was discussed.The process was optimized from the major factors including winding density,preprocess technology and dyeing temperature. The results showed that Terasil WW disperse dye made the dyeing effect well in 130℃,and the wastage was controlled within 8%,first-class rate was 95%.更多还原
