新型咪唑鎓离子液体的合成及其在苎麻织物改性中的应用

【摘要】 采用保护和脱保护的方法合成了溴化N-乙基-N-苄基咪唑(BM[imi]Br)离子液体,用FTIR和NMR表征了它的结构,并研究了它的溶解性能和导电性能。采用BM[imi]Br的水溶液对苎麻纤维织物进行染色,并测试其染色性能。结果表明,离子液体BM[imi]Br为强电解质,极易溶于极性溶剂中。BM[imi]Br在不同溶剂中的电导率大小顺序为:κ(水)>κ(乙腈)>κ(DMF)>κ(无水乙醇)>κ(丙酮),其摩尔电导率随离子液体浓度的增大而减小。BM[imi]Br的阴离子能破坏苎麻纤维中的氢键,改变了苎麻纤维的内部结构,降低纤维的结晶度,明显提高了吸水率和吸湿率;因此,经过离子液体处理过的改性苎麻会能加快纤维对染料的吸附和扩散,使上染加快,能明显提高染料的上染率。
【Abstract】 A novel ionic liquid,N-ethyl-N-benzyl-imidazolium bromide(BM[imi]Br),was synthesized through protection and de-protection,its structure was characterized by FTIR and NMR,and its solubility and conductivity performance were investigated.In aqueous solution of BM[imi]Br,dyeing process of hemp fabric was studied,and the dyeing properties were tested.The results showed that ionic liquids BM[imi]Br is a strong electrolyte,and easily dissolved in polar solvents.The order of the electric conductivity of BM[imi]Br in different solvents:K(water)> K(acetonitrile)> K(DMF)> K(ethanol)> K(acetone),the molar electric conductivity decreases with the concentration of ionic liquid.BM[imi]Br can decrease hydride bond of cellulose molecule and improve the structure of hemp molecule,its crystallinity was decreased.So moisture regain and water absorption of treated hemp was all increased.And the fiber absorption for the dye and the dyeing rate all increases,too.
