半精纺毛纱纺纱工艺设计及纱线性能分析

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了半精纺毛纱的纺纱工艺设计流程和主要工艺参数,以及在生产过程中采取合理的质量控制技术措施。通过赛络纺和普通环锭纺成纱实验,在毛羽指数、强力、耐磨性能、条干不匀率方面进行对比分析,得出赛络纱对于降低纱线的毛羽、增加耐磨性、均匀条干有显著效果,对强力的影响不大,经上机织造发现经纱断头率大幅降低,织造效率显著提高,布面质量有所改善。实验表明控制赛络纺两须条间的距离在10mm时,可以有效减少纱线外层毛羽的数量。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduces the spinning technological process of semi-worsted wool yarn,as well as the principal craft parameters,technical measures for quality control and some questions demanding attention in the process of yarn production.By siro spinning and the conventional ring spinning experiments,from hairiness index,strength,abrasion resistance, evenness aspects of comparative analyses,it is obtained that siro-spun yarns have significant effects on reducing yarns hairiness, increasing abrasion resistance,improving the evenness uniformity,and little effect on the strength.On the weaving process,the rate of warp breakage is reduced substantially,weaving efficiency remarkably improved,the quality of cloth cover made some improvement.The experimental results show that siro distance between the two slivers is in 10mm,which can effectively reduce the number of yarn hairiness.
