稀土改性光触媒纯棉织物负载研究

【摘要】 利用稀土对光触媒进行改性,将其负载到纯棉织物上,对负载后的织物的抗菌性、甲醛分解性能、强力等性能进行测试。实验证明在未经水洗的条件下,浸轧工艺比涂覆工艺的织物性能更加优越,但涂覆工艺较浸轧工艺效果持久,服用性强。加入涂覆剂,再经柔软剂整理的涂覆工艺处理的织物具有较持好的抗菌性、甲醛分解效果及强力。
【Abstract】 Photocatalyst was modified by adding of rear earth.The modified photocatalyst was loaded on cotton fabric by a padding and coating technological progress.The properties including antibacterial effect,formaldehyde decomposition and tenacity were tested.More advantages were obtained when padding technological progress was employed on than that the coating.But a longer persistent effect was achieved when coating technological progress was used than that padding.When coating technological progress was used,then finishing by a softener,which made cotton fabric owned long antibacterial,formaldehyde decomposition effect,and the same time cotton fabric showed excellent tenacity
