真空热循环对单向T700/3234复合材料力学性能的影响

【摘要】 对单向T700/3234复合材料进行了真空热循环试验(-140~140℃,10-3Pa),分别测试了经不同次数真空热循环后材料的质损率、90°拉伸强度和层剪强度,并通过扫描电镜对试样断口进行了观察。试验结果表明,随真空热循环次数的增加,90°拉伸强度首先降低,48次热循环后开始升高,95次热循环后趋于平缓,最终拉伸强度数值比原始态略低;层剪强度变化不大。90°拉伸强度和层剪强度变化是界面脱黏与树脂基体后续固化两种因素综合作用的结果。
【Abstract】 The vacuum thermo-cycling(-140~140℃,10-3Pa) was performed on unidirectional T700/3234 composites,and the mass loss,the 90° tensile strengths and the interlayer strength were examined after vacuum thermo-cycling for various cycles. The fracture surfaces of the specimens were observed by SEM. Experimental results show that with increasing the thermal cycles,the 90° tensile strength firstly decreases and improves after 48 cycles,and then tends to level off 95 cycles. The interlayer strength do not change a lot. The change in the 90° tensile strengths and the interlayer strength depends on the combination of the interface debonding and the followed curing caused by the vacuum thermo-cycling.
