受电弓滑板用C/C-Cu复合材料的结构及性能

【摘要】 以碳纤维针刺整体毡为预制体,采用化学气相渗透(CVI)、浸渍/炭化(I/C)的方法制备密度不同的C/C多孔体,之后采用气加压将熔融Cu渗入到C/C多孔体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料,观察了C/C-Cu复合材料的组织结构,并研究了复合材料的力学性能、电性能和受流磨损性能。结果表明:Cu成功地渗入C/C多孔体中,并填充了坯体的孔洞和碳纤维之间的孔隙;CVI法增密至1.35g/cm3的C/C-Cu复合材料导电性良好,力学性能适中,受流磨损性能优异,满足了受电弓滑板材料的要求。

【Abstract】 With carbon fiber needled felts as the reinforcements,C/C-Cu composites were fabricated by infiltrating molten Cu into C/C preforms which were prepared by chemical vapor infiltrating (CVI) or impregnation/carbonization under pressure,respectively. The microstructures,mechanical properties,electric conductivities and wear properties under electric current of the composites were investigated. It’s found that Cu was successfully infiltrated into C/C performs. The C/C-Cu composites with C/C perform of 1. 35g/cm3 dentified by CVI have lower electric resistivity,suitable mechanical properties and lower wear properties, which satisfied for electric locomotive pantograph.
