Grp/AZ91复合材料的阻尼性能与力学性能
Damping capacities and tensile properties of GRP/AZ91 composite

【摘要】 采用搅拌铸造法制备石墨颗粒增强镁基复合材料,并对其阻尼性能和拉伸性能进行研究。结果表明,石墨颗粒对复合材料的阻尼性能和拉伸性能有重要影响。与基体合金相比,复合材料的屈服强度提高了46MPa,弹性模量提高了10GPa。随着应变和温度的上升,基体合金与复合材料的阻尼性能增加,并在复合材料的阻尼—温度谱中于175℃发现有一阻尼峰。在阻尼—应变谱中,复合材料的阻尼性能在整个应变范围内均高于基体合金;基体合金的阻尼性能在350℃时超过复合材料的阻尼性能。基体合金和复合材料的阻尼性能并不能完全能用G-L理论来解释。
【Abstract】 Magnesium matrix composite reinforced with graphite particles was fabricated by stir casting. Tensile properties and damping capacities of the composite were examined. The experimental results reveal that the graphite particles play an important role on tensile properties and damping capacities of the composite. Compared to AZ91 alloy,the yield strength and elastic modulus of Grp/AZ91 composite are increased by 46Mpa and 10Gpa,respectively. With the increase of strain and temperature,damping capacities of AZ91 alloy and Grp/AZ91 composite increase. And it is discovered the presence of damping-temperature peak at 175℃ in Grp/AZ91 composite. In damping-strain curves,the damping values of Grp/AZ91 composite are higher than that of AZ91 alloy in whole strain range. In damping-temperature curves,the damping values of Grp/AZ91 composite are higher than that of AZ91 alloy below 350℃ ,but the damping values of AZ91 alloy exceed that of Grp/AZ91 composite above 350℃. The damping characterization isn’t explained with Granato-Lücke theory effectively.
