PEEK与CF/PEEK摩擦性能研究
The study on frictional performance of PEEK and CF/PEEK

【摘要】 PEEK是一种高性能工程塑料,相比其他传统塑料,具有耐高温、综合性能好、摩擦系数低、耐磨损等特点。本文通过对摩擦后的PEEK与CF/PEEK表面现象,分析了两者的摩擦机理及摩擦性能。并且通过DSC实验,分析了PEEK颗粒和磨屑的结晶熔融过程。
【Abstract】 PEEK is a linear aromatic semi-crystalline thermoplastic. It is widely regarded as the highest performance material capable of being processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment. The analysis of different principle between PEEK and CF/PEEK is given by the surface of frictional samples. And the melting process between PEEK and CF/PEEK is analyzed by DSC.
