提高环氧树脂抗蠕变性能方法研究
Study on methods of improving creep resistance of exopy resin

【摘要】 本文选取航天器复合材料结构件常用基体环氧树脂,利用拉伸蠕变试验方法对其蠕变性能改善方法进行研究。在理论分析基础上采取时效处理、温度循环处理和多壁碳纳米管处理三种方法对环氧树脂进行处理,通过对比处理前后环氧树脂的蠕变应变增量和归一化蠕变应变—时间曲线,得出了三种处理方法对环氧树脂蠕变性能的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper studied methods of improving creep resistance of exopy resin,which was the common resin for composite structures of spacecrafts,with tensile creep tests. Based on theoretic analysis,three methods time-treatment,temperature cycle and multiwalled carbon nanotubes were chosen,then the effect of these methods were got through comparing the creep strain increment and normalized creep strain-time curves of the resin before and after the treatment.
