预处理温度对上浆剂结构及碳纤维表面组成的影响

【摘要】 本文利用红外光谱(IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了ACF和T300两种碳纤维表面上浆剂及除浆前后纤维表面化学组成,考察了预处理温度对上浆剂及碳纤维表面组成的影响。结果表明,T300上浆剂含有更多的醚键、羰基等含氧官能团;预处理温度对上浆剂及碳纤维除浆后的表面组成,尤其是醚键和环氧基团的含量有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 The chemical structures of sizing agents and surface group concentrations of two carbon fibers ( ACF and T300) with or without sizing agents were investigated by means of infrared spectroscopy ( IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS) ,and the effect of pretreatment temperature on the chemical structures of sizing agents and surface groups of carbon fibers were studied,too. It was found that the sizing agents extracted from T300 fiber comprised more ether bonds,carbonyl and other oxygen-containing functional groups than those extracted from ACF fiber. The pretreatment temperature had a certain effect on the chemical element contents,especially ether and epoxy group contents of sizing agents and carbon fiber surfaces on which the sizing agents were extracted using acetone as solvent.
