组织诱导再生膜的研究现状

【摘要】 组织诱导再生技术(Guided tissue regeneration,GTR)是一种旨在使在牙周病发展中所丧失的牙周组织再生和产生牙周新附着的外科技术,能够克服传统治疗方法中的不足,重建牙周结构。结合本课题组在GTR膜方面的研究工作,本文对GTR膜的结构设计、材料选择和成型方法的研究现状进行了重点论述。
【Abstract】 Guided tissue regeneration (GTR) is a barrier technique that membrane being used and is employed in the hope of excluding the ingress and proliferation of extraneous tissue-forming cells in the specific space to be reconstructed. The potential advantage of applying principles for GTR in the treatment of periodontal defects is the possibility of achieving periodontal regeneration rather than connective tissue repair to the exposed root surface. In this paper,the research and development in the structure design,material selection and process of GTR membranes were reviewed based on published reports and the work of our own group.
