SBS/MWNT柔性纳米复合材料的制备及其压敏特性

【摘要】 以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)三嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体为柔性基体材料,多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为导电填料,通过溶液共混、铸膜的方法制备了一系列碳管含量不同的复合材料薄膜,并对复合材料薄膜的导电性能进行了测试,其渗流区间为0.75%~2.0%(wt%),渗流阈值约为1.0%(wt%)。考察了不同压力下复合材料薄膜导电性能的变化情况。

【Abstract】 Flexible films of conductive nanocomposites based on styrene-butadiene-styrene tri-block copolymer ( SBS) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWNTs) were prepared by using a solvent-casting method,in which MWNTs acted as conductive fillers while SBS acted as the matrix. The electrical properties together with the resistance-pressure sensitivity of the films with different MWNTs contents were investigated. The Seepage zone of the conductive nanocomposites was found to be between 0. 75% ~ 2. 0% ( wt% ) ,while the percolation threshold was about 1. 0% . The changes in resistance for the films under different pressures were also discussed.
