硫丹在土壤中的降解特性与污染修复模拟研究

【摘要】 硫丹具有很高的毒性,历史上我国硫丹产量较大,急需硫丹污染场地的修复技术。在实验室条件研究了硫丹在土壤中的降解特性,使用模拟生物堆降解研究了硫丹污染土壤的生物堆修复和化学修复条件,结果表明:在土壤介质中,α-硫丹和β-硫丹可相互转化;硫丹为微生物好氧降解;添加秸秆和绿肥及适当的通气可促进硫丹的降解;添加EM菌或葡萄糖和硝酸铵或复合肥均会抑制硫丹降解。碱性条件下硫丹快速降解,向污染土壤中添加石灰是一种高效的化学修复方法。

【Abstract】 Endosulfan is high toxicity,and remediation to contaminated sites is urgently needed since high production volume in China for past years.Degradation characteristics of endosulfan in soil were studied under laboratory conditions,and remediation to contaminated soil was studied using both simulated bio-piles and chemical methods.The results show that micrograms and oxygen play major roles in endosulfan degradation,andα-endosulfan andβ-endosulfan will convert to each other during degradation.Degradation rate of endosulfan is promoted when either staw or green manure was added in bio-pile.Ventilation will also promote degradation of endosulfan in bio-pile. However,degradation of endosulfan was inhibited when anyone of EM fungi,mixture of glucose and ammonium nitrate, or fertilizer was added in bio-pile.Adding lime into endosulfan contaminated soil is also an effective chemical remediation method because endosulfan degraded fast under alkaline conditions.
