【摘要】 文章分析了盐城市沿海开发过程中可能存在的生态环境风险,指出沿海开发过程中大规模滩涂围垦及优先发展石化、风电等产业,会带来更加严重的生态环境污染,破坏现状生态系统及生物多样性,提出科学开发滩涂资源、提高环境准入标准、提高污染治理水平及合理布局风电场等保护对策,并建议灌东盐场附近、射阳河至四卯酉河附近滩涂不宜实施围垦,陆上不再新增风电场,灌东盐场附近、射阳河至四卯酉河附近近海风电场尽量向外海布置,以应对沿海开发过程中出现的生态环境风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the potential ecological and environmental risks in the process of Yancheng coastal development,it pointed out that large-scale reclamation of tidal flats,petro-chemical and wind power industries prior developed will bring more serious ecological and environmental pollution and destroy present biodiversity and ecosystem.So some protection countermeasures such as scientific development of tidal flats,improving environmental access standard and pollution control level,rational layout of wind turbine were advised.At last,it suggest that tidal flats near Guandong saltworks and tidal flats during Sheyang river and Simaoyou river should not be reclaimed,wind turbine on land no longer increased,wind turbine offshore during Sheyang river and Simaoyou river lay out as far as possible off the coast,in response to ecological and environmental risks appears in coastal development.更多还原
