湘中某村饮用水水质分析及其与癌症发生的关系
Study on the Quality of Drinking Water and Its Relation with the Occurrence of Cancers in a village in the middle of Hunan province

【摘要】 本文以湘中某农村为例,并以两个邻村作为对照,全面检测了作为居民饮用水的井水的各项指标。以《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)为标准,并参考德国及世界卫生组织水质标准等综合评价井水水质,分析该调查村井水水质与癌症发生的相关性。结果表明:调查村各水样的感官指标状况不佳,水常规指标及重金属含量未超标,但半挥发性有机物(SVOC)和挥发性有机物(VOC)的检出率均为100%,其中调查村和对照村水样中的VOC含量相当且,SVOC在调查村水样中的平均含量明显高于对照村,其中苯并(a)芘污染尤为严重,初步判断井水的有机物污染与该村癌症高发有关。
【Abstract】 A case study on the correlation between quality of well water and the occurrence of cancers was conducted through the survey of well water which was drinking water of the residents in a village with a high incidence of cancers in the middle area of Hunan Province.By testing and analyzing some related indexes of well water samples from the target village and two neighboring villages which are used to do contrast study,using the National Hygienic Standard of Living Water as standard, referring to water quality standards from Germany and World Health Organization,we analyze the relationship between quality of well water and the occurrence of cancers.The results show us that the target village wells represent bad organoleptic index,but they do not suffer heavy metal and soluble ions pollution.The detection ratio of(VOC) and(SVOC) is 100%,the content of VOC of every water samples is similar,however,the content of SVOC in the target village samples is obviously higher than that in contrast villages samples,especially it suffers serious benzo(a)pyrene contamination.A tentative conclusion is drawn that there is some relationship between the organic contamination of well water and the occurrence of cancers.
