大电网恢复适应性分区方法

【摘要】 针对大电网并行恢复的分区问题,提出了一种适应性分区方法。以复杂网络中的社团划分理论为基础,将分区过程分为凝聚与分裂两个阶段。凝聚阶段主要处理黑启动阶段对分区的特殊要求,将黑启动电源与其附近重要发电厂及恢复目标聚合,形成初始子系统;分裂阶段引入基于边的聚合度及介数定义的边的联络度,以此为指标寻找连接各分区的关键线路并断开,最终形成多个恢复分区。该方法不仅能形成可行、可靠的恢复分区,保证各分区内部有逐步恢复供电的能力,还考虑到实际调度中的分层、分区控制原则,减小恢复分区与实际调度的冲突。以山东电网为例的计算表明,本文方法能较好处理大电网停电后的恢复分区问题,且能在地区层级上指导大电网中黑启动机组的优化配置。
【Abstract】 Reasonable restoration subsystem partitioning can increase the restoration efficiency and ensure the reliability.Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of power system restoration problem and improve restoration subsystem partition method. Based on the community structure in complex network theory,a new dynamic or adaptive partition method is proposed to solve the subsystem partition problem in power system restoration.The proposed method divides the partition process into agglomerate stage and split stage.The agglomerate stage deals with some special requirements in black start stage and the following split stage finds the tie-line among subsystems.Simulation of Shandong Power Grid shows that the partition scheme formed by this method is feasible, reliable and is comply with the power system operation principle of layering and zoning.Besides,the proposed method can help with the optimal allocation of black start unit.
