轴向磁通永磁Halbach悬浮电机的磁场和力特性分析

【摘要】 轴向磁通永磁Halbach悬浮电机是一种电动式磁悬浮系统,相对于电磁式悬浮系统,具有悬浮气隙大和本征稳定的特性不需要复杂的闭环控制即可实现稳定的悬浮等优点,悬浮力和转矩是导体板上产生的涡流和磁体的相互作用的结果。由于盘式Halbach主要参数随半径变化,采用传统的分析会造成较大误差,为准确分析装置力特性,建立了悬浮装置的多层分环电磁模型,采用多层磁场理论方法进行磁场分布求解,并直接利用磁场分析所得的磁场分布结果求解次级悬浮力和水平转矩,给出磁悬浮装置的力特性与其参数的关系,证明在一定的相对速度下,装置可以输出足够大的悬浮力。建立有限元模型,分析得出了系统的磁场分布,电磁力等的分析结果;搭建了实验平台对永磁电动式系统的基本特性进行研究,主要是悬浮力和转矩的测试;利用有限元计算和样机实验验证了理论分析和计算结果。

【Abstract】 The Axial Field Halbach Permanent Magnets Maglev Motor(AFHPMM),which is Electro-dynamic System,has many advantages.Relative to EMS,it is not necessary for the magnetic levitation to possess a complex closed-loop control and has a wide air-gap.Lift forces and torque of the AFHPMM result form interaction between eddy—current of conducting sheet and the PM magnetic fields. As the main factor that vary with diameter,traditional analysis results in large error in analyzing disc motor. In order to analyze the mechanical characteristics,sub-loop electromagnetic model of the motor is established, multi-layer magnetic field method is applied to solve the magnetic field distribution,and the results are used to calculate lift force,torque and secondary loss.The relationships between device’s characteristics and device parameters are presented,the results indicate that under certain velocity,levitation device can output enough lift force.A prototype machine was established,simulations and experiments were carried out. Comparison of simulation solution,analytical solution and measurement reveal that three methods are consistent,and the analytical model is effective and efficient.
