变频电动机转子三维温度场计算及槽形影响分析

【摘要】 采用三维有限元法计算大型异步电动机转子三维温度场,该电动机由变频器供电并具有轴向和径向通风系统,为研究转子槽形对温度的影响,建立两种不同槽形的转子三维模型,并分析两种槽形的转子在额定功率下的温度场。计算结果得出了转子槽改变为浅而宽的槽形后,转子导条铜损耗降低,但热源相对集中使温度略有升高,因其升高幅度较小且在允许范围内,所以对电机没有太大影响。这为变频电动机转子优化奠定了理论基础。
【Abstract】 Theory of 3D-FEM is used to calculate the 3D rotor temperature field of large asynchronous motor.The motor has radical and axial ventilating system which is supplied power by inverter.To analysis the influence of rotor slot to temperature,3D rotor model with two kinds of slot is built and rotor temperature field is analyzed with two kinds of slot in the rating power.The results show that the copper loss of the rotor bar with the wide and shallow slot is lower.But because of concentrated heat its temperature is higher slightly. Because of its small range of temperature rising is within permitted,its influence is little.It established the theoretical basis for rotor optimization of variable frequency motor.
