永磁磁力耦合器转子强度有限元分析

【摘要】 永磁磁力耦合器是利用主、从动转子上的永磁体之间相互作用力来实现无接触式传动的一种装置,在一些性能要求较高、全封闭的场合具有较好的应用前景。本文应用机械设计软件PRO/E进行实体建模。将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS,根据实际工况对磁力耦合器的转子强度进行分析。验证结构的合理性,并获得磁力耦合器转子强度的计算结果以及应力分布情况。
【Abstract】 Permanent magnet coupler is a kind of non-contact power transmission device which is realized through magnetic coupling force produced by the permanent magnets between active and passive rotors.It has good applying foreground in the situation which is exigent to airproof and vibration characteristics.Based on Pro/Engineer,the Solid Models are produced.With models being transmitted into the FEA software ANSYS,the Permanent magnet coupler rotor’s stress is acquired by considering about actual conditions.The structure is examined in order to make sure its rationality.
