电子束共辐照接枝改性聚醚砜微孔膜

【摘要】 利用电子束共辐照技术在聚醚砜微孔膜上接枝了甲基丙烯酸。通过改变接枝单体的浓度和吸收剂量,获得了具有不同接枝率的改性聚醚砜膜。接枝膜采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)进行了表征,接枝膜表面及断面形态用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行观察,并且测试了接枝膜的亲水性接触角。实验表明,在单体体积分数小于12%时,接枝率随着单体体积分数的提高而线性增加;单体体积分数大于14%时,接枝率增长趋缓。当吸收剂量小于15KGy时,接枝率随着吸收剂量的增加而迅速增大;吸收剂量超过15KGy后,接枝率趋于饱和。膜表面FT-IR测试发现,随着接枝率的升高,代表甲基丙烯酸的"C=O"键吸收峰逐渐加强。SEM观察到接枝率越高,表面接枝的球形颗粒越多,并且通过断面观察发现接枝不仅发生在膜表面,膜内也发生了接技。膜的接触角测试发现,接枝率越高,接触角越小,亲水性越好,改性后的膜亲水性得到了明显提高。

【Abstract】 Polyethersulfone(PES) microporous membrane was grafted with methacrylic acid by electron beam simultaneous irradiation.The modified membranes with different degree of grafting were obtamed by changing the concentration of grafting monomer and the absorbed dose.The grafted membrance was characterized by FT-IR and SEM.And the hydrophilicity contact angle of the membrance was also tested.It is shown that the degree of grafting increases lineally with monomer concentration as the volume fraction of monomer is less than 12%.While the volume fraction of monomer exceeds 14%,severe homopolymerisation happens and the degree of grafting hardly go up. When the absorbed dose is less than 15KGy,the degree of grafting increases rapidly with the absorbed dose increasing.And the degree of grafting become to be saturation as the absorbed dose is more then 15KGy Through the FT-IR detection of the surface,it is shown that with the increasing of the degree of grafting,the "C=O" peak of methacrylic acid gradually strengthens.With the SEM the surface is found that the grafting round granule on the surface became more as the degree of grafting increases.We observed the cross section of the membrane to find that the inside of membrane is grafted as well.The contact angle test result shows that the higher the degree of grafting,the smaller the contact angle and the better the hydrophilicity.The hydrophilicity of membrance is notably improved after grafting modification.
