有序中孔炭/泡沫炭整体结构复合材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 用SBA15/糠醇悬浊液浸渍聚氨酯泡沫,经草酸催化聚合、700℃热处理及SBA15模板洗脱工艺制备有序中孔炭/泡沫炭复合材料.用SEM,TEM,XRD和物理吸附仪等技术对样品进行表征.结果表明,所得复合材料为分级结构整体块状材料,泡沫炭基体的大孔平均尺寸在500-600μm左右;泡沫炭孔壁由有序中孔炭组成.这种新型复合材料的中孔孔径分布集中于3.2nm左右,比表面积达到483.1 m~2/g。

【Abstract】 Ordered mesoporous carbon/carbon foam composites with hierarchical structure were prepared by carbonizing polyurethane foam impregnated with a mixture of furfuryl alcohol and SBA15.The carbonization was conducted at 700℃in flowing nitrogen.The as-made ordered mesoporous carbon/carbon foam composites were examined using SEM,TEM,XRD and N2 adsorption techniques.It has been found that the foam-like monolith consists of open cells with an average size of ca.500-600μm,and the cell walls of the foams are made of ordered mesoporous carbon.The ordered mesoporous carbon/CF composites with a BET surface area of 483.1 m2/g are mesoporous,and have a narrow size distribution centering at 3.2 nm.
