三相整流电路电磁干扰分析与预测
Analysis and Prediction on EMI in Three-Phase Rectifier

【摘要】 随着电力电子装置的广泛应用,由电力电子设备引起的电磁干扰问题日趋严重。三相整流电路作为电力电子设备的重要组成部分,由换相引起的电磁干扰不仅影响了的其连接设备的正常工作,同时会对公用电网产生的电磁谐波污染。文中详细分析了三相整流电路的网侧和直流侧的电磁干扰,建立了三相整流电路网侧和直流侧的电磁干扰等效电路模型,对不同换相角下的电磁干扰进行频域数学推导,利用MATLAB编程实现了三相整流电路电磁干扰预测频谱,可为三相整流电路的电磁干扰抑制滤波器的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 EMI problems in power electronics equipment keeps on increasing when power electronics device widely used.As the important component of power electronics equipment,EMI caused by phase switching in three-phase rectifier not only affected normal operation of its connected equipment but also polluted public grid system.EMI in AC and DC of three-phase rectifier were analyzed in detail.The equivalent circuit models of EMI in AC and DC of three-phase rectifier were built and the mathematics description in S domain of EMI was deduced.And the prediction frequency spectrum of EMI in three-phase rectifier was programmed by MATLAB,which could provide theoretical basis for design of EMI filters.
