【摘要】 随着云南滇西电网的不断发展,外送功率日益增大,电网结构变化较大,滇西电网暂态稳定、热稳定、频率稳定问题比较突出,必须通过电网安全稳定控制系统来解决电网外送的稳定问题。本文研究了滇西电网在新的架构运行方式下,存在的稳定问题,以及滇西电网安全稳定控制系统的策略研究、二三道防线的配合,提出具体的解决方案,对今后大容量电力外送的电网安全稳定控制系统的研究和实施具有积极的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With continuous development of Dianxi electric network of Yunnan,the power transferred to outside network keeps increasing,the network configuration changes dramatically.As a reasult,the stability problems become even more notworthy,as transient stablility,thermal stability and frequency stablity.The paper studies stability problems on Dianxi electric network under new operational mode,and analyzes the stretegy of sectuity & stablity control system of Dianxi electric network,cooperation between the second and third defending lines,and then brings forward a concrete solving sechedule,which can be positive guidance for future research and implementation of secuity & stability control system on electric network with large power transferred outside.更多还原
