一种新颖的三相高频链矩阵式逆变器的控制方法研究

【摘要】 矩阵变换器是一种新型拓扑结构的绿色"全硅"功率变换器,具有巨大的研究价值和广泛的应用前景。本文就三相高频链矩阵式逆变器的换流问题展开研究,基于解结耦思路,提出一种新型SPWM混合调制策略,并详细分析了变压器高频交流周期内变换器的工作状态。该控制策略可实现一步自适应换流,有效解决矩阵变换器的换流问题。实验结果验证了该控制策略的可行性。
【Abstract】 Matrix converter,as a novel topology green "all silicon" power converter,has great researching value and broad application prospect.The commutation of three-phase inverter based on high frequency linked matrix converter is taken as focus in the study.A novel integration SPWM control strategy based on the De-Re-coupling idea is proposed for it.The operating modes within a high frequency transformer AC period of the converter are shown with close analysis.This control strategy can achieve one-step adaptive commutation and efficient to solute the commutation problem of the matrix converter.At last the experimental results shown that the control strategy is feasible.
