基于综合加权的锅炉-汽机多模型预测控制

【摘要】 在不同的负荷工况下,锅炉-汽机系统表现出不同的动态特性,针对该系统的特点,提出了一种基于综合加权的多模型预测控制算法。该算法首先针对各个稳态工况建立局部线性模型,基于该局部模型设计出模型预测控制器,并结合模糊加权算法和递推贝叶斯概率加权算法,求取各个控制器的综合加权系数,该方法确保了机炉协调系统在全工况范围内具有最优控制品质。仿真研究表明,文中提出的非线性预测控制器表现出良好的控制品质并能适应被控对象参数的变化,具有满意的全工况负荷跟踪性能。

【Abstract】 In the different load conditions,the boiler-steam turbine system exhibits different dynamic characteristics.According to the characteristics of the system,a multi-model predictive control algorithm based on integrated weighting method is proposed in this paper.Local linear models for each steady state operating condition were established;model predictive controller is designed based on the local model.The integrated weighting coefficient of each controller is obtained by combining fuzzy weighted algorithm and Recursive Bayesian probability weighting algorithm.This method ensures that the boiler-steam turbine coordinated system works in the whole range conditions with optimal control quality.Simulation results show that the proposed nonlinear predictive controller showed good control quality and can adapt to changes in the parameters of controlled object with satisfactory load tracking performance in the all conditions.
