气固两相流绕流H型翅片管流动及积灰特性的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为研究锅炉尾部烟道内烟气通过省煤器时的动力学性能,评价其积灰情况,以省煤器中的H型翅片管为模型,对烟气气固两相流绕流进行了数值模拟,得到并分析了绕流流场。计算表明,H型翅片管开缝的存在既可增强迎流区的轴向吹扫分流,又可增强背流区的回流扰动。使得速度在迎流侧呈现M型分布,背流侧呈现W型分布,这种速度分布不易积灰。同时分别模拟了不同入口流速和颗粒浓度时的绕流流场,证明H型翅片管在高速高浓度下工作效果同样较好。
【Abstract】 In order to study the dynamic performance of flue gas flowing through the economizer and to evaluate its characteristic of ash deposition,the gas-solid flow model around H-finned tube was established.The flow field of detour flow was analyzed thoroughly.The velocity profile at windward side is M-type,and that at leeward isW-type.The results indicate that the seams of H-finned tube can not only have an axial sweeping effect at windward side,but also enhance the backflow at leeward side.All these help to alleviate ash deposition of H-type finned tube.In addition,simulations under different inlet velocity and granule concentration were done.It is proved that H-finned tube shows better work effect at high speed and high granule concentration.
