基于EKF信息融合技术在CFB锅炉残碳量估计中的应用

【摘要】 循环流化床锅炉与煤粉炉最大的区别是循环流化床锅炉燃烧发热量的主要来源是炉膛内大量未燃烧的残碳,而不是瞬间入炉的给煤量,但是实际情况中残碳量的值无法直接测量。针对这个问题,提出了一种利用容易测量的信息,间接测量残碳量的方法。首先通过机理分析,建立残碳量动态机理模型,能够实时反映炉膛内的燃烧状况,然后基于广义卡尔曼滤波理论建立了信息融合算法,通过容易测量的给煤量、总风量等,准确估算出炉膛内的残碳量。最后通过对某电厂300MW机组进行实验论证,根据残碳量计算的热量、床温、氧量和实际测量值对比验证,证明循环流化床锅炉中残碳量可以通过广义卡尔曼滤波信息融合的方法准确得到。
【Abstract】 The most difference of circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal firing boiler is that the combustion heat release of circulating fluidized bed boiler come from unbumed residual carbon in the boiler.But the combustion heat release of pulverized coal firing boiler is from the moment of coal which is entering the boiler.The value of Residual carbon can not measure directly.To solve the problem,puts forward a indirect measurement method by the information of easy to measurement.At First, establish the mechanism model through mechanism analysis which can reflect real time combustion condition in the boiler.Then establish the information fusion algorithm based on Extended Kalman Filter theory,and accurate estimate residual carbon in the boiler through easy to measurement of coal,total air quantity.At last,do experimental demonstration and simulation on a circulating fluidized bed with 300MW unit,and put the real time heat release of boiler,bed temperature and oxygen value based on the calculation of residual carbon compare with the actual measurement of heat release,bed temperature and oxygen value.The conclusion proves that the calculated residual carbon value based on Extended Kalman Filter theory is right and accurate.
