循环流化床锅炉床温床压的模糊控制研究

【摘要】 针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧系统多变量、非线性、强耦合和参数时变等复杂特性给控制系统带来的问题,本文在对其动态特性进行深入分析的基础上,研究各个控制量对被控量的影响,从而得到控制器的调整原则,并在此基础上总结出模糊控制器的设计和调整原则。运用该原则设计了CFB锅炉燃烧系统的模糊控制器,并通过仿真对该原则的正确性和合理性进行验证。仿真结果证实了模糊控制器能有效的消除回路间的耦合,全面改善了系统的动态性能。总结得出的控制规则对其他CFB锅炉燃烧系统的设计具有借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 The combustion system of CFB boiler has the complex dynamic characteristics of multivariable,nonlinear,strong coupling and parameters time-varying,these brings problems to the control system.In order to solve these problems,this paper researched the impacts between control variables and controlled variables,and gets the adjustment principles of controllers at the base of in-depth analysis of its dynamic characteristics,and finally gets the principles for design fuzzy controller.These principles have been used to design the fuzzy controller of the combustion system of CFB boiler and the correctness and rationality of the controller has been tests through simulation.The results of simulation confirm that the fuzzy controller can eliminate the coupling between loops effectively and improves the dynamic performance of the system.The principles has been summed are helpful to the design works of controller of other CFB boilers.
