【摘要】 在氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)中添加受阻酚AO80,制备HNBR/AO80共混硫化橡胶,以改善HNBR的阻尼性能。采用XRD、SEM等方法表征了HNBR/AO80共混硫化橡胶的结构,研究了其阻尼性能和力学性能。结果表明,AO80与氢化丁腈橡胶具有较好的相容性,tanδ温度谱中只呈现单一的损耗峰。随着AO80含量的增加,HNBR/AO80共混橡胶不仅阻尼温域得到拓宽,而且阻尼峰值有所增加,并且向高温方向移动。此外,HNBR/AO80的阻尼性能与AO80含量间存在着较好的线性关系,可通过AO80的添加量来很好地控制其阻尼性能,其力学性能也得到了改善。因此,HNBR/AO80共混硫化橡胶是具有良好应用前景的高阻尼黏弹性材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to increase the damping property of Hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR),3,9-bis[1,1-dimethyl-2{β-(3-tertbutyl-4-hydroxy-52methylphenyl) propionyloxy} ethyl ]-2,4,8,10-tetraoxasp iro [5,5 ]-undecane (AO80) were added into it to prepare the vulcanized HNBR /AO80 rubbers.The structures of vulcanized rubbers were characterized by XRD,SEM and the relation between the damping properties and structures were investigated in detail.The results showed good compatibility of AO80 in the blend system,which had a single peak in the temperature spectrum of dynamic mechanical properties.With the content increase of AO80,the damping temperature ranges expanded,the damping peak of vulcanized rubber enhanced and the damping temperature increased.The mechanical properties improved,as well.Therefore,we believed that it would be a kind of respectively high-damping rubber.更多还原
