柔性高分子插层蒙脱土制备微纳米约束阻尼结构及其环氧复合材料体系的研究
Structure and Properties of MMT Intercalated by Flexible Macromolecule/Epoxy Composite

【摘要】 选用十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB),γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对多层无机片层结构的蒙脱土进行有机化处理,对比有机化蒙脱土I.28E,以柔性环氧和液体丁腈橡胶为插层聚合物,通过插层反应制备了一种类似宏观约束阻尼结构的微纳米级多层结构单元,进而与刚性环氧树脂共固化制得环氧/柔性高分子插层蒙脱土复合体系,对其结构与性能进行了分析表征。结果表明:蒙脱土(MMT)经过十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)离子交换后,其片层间距变大,层间的化学环境由亲水性变为亲油性;力学性能测试表明,随着柔性分子插层结构单元在环氧树脂基体中含量的增加,体系的拉伸强度趋于下降;动态力学测试表明,随着柔性高分子插层蒙脱土的加入,复合体系Tg的δ峰移向低温方向,峰型变宽。
【Abstract】 Organophilic MMT (DTAB-MMT) was prepared by cationic exchange between inorganic ions of MMT and ammonium cations of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB) in an aqueous medium.MMT treated by γ-ether oxygen trimethoxysilane (KH560) was marked as KH-OMMT.Then these different kinds of MMT were intercalated with flexible macromolecule/epoxy composite.A type of micro-nano-bound multi-layer structural unit similar to macroscopic constraint damping structure was prepared with flexible epoxy and carboxyl terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile as macromolecule intercalation.X-ray diffraction revealed that the chain axes of the flexible macromolecule intercalated in the clay of MMT and transmission electron microscopic indicated that montmorillonite maintained multi-layer and ordered structure.Through the mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical analysis,as the content of intercalated structural unit in the epoxy increased,the tensile strength and elastic modulus decreased;δ peak of glass transition temperature of composite shifts to low temperature and the shape of peak becomes wide.
