【摘要】 无机非金属矿物填料降低成本在制品生产中具有重要的意义。同时,无机非金属矿物填料的加入,可以改善产品机械性能,甚至还赋予产品一些特殊的功能。生命周期评价方法已经成为对材料或产品进行环境表现分析的一种重要方法。本文选择了重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙和滑石三种主要非金属矿物填料,采用生命周期方法,介绍生产1t的这三种非金属矿物填料的生命周期清单的基本计算方法,得到了三种矿物填料生产过程的生命周期清单,并进行了比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inorganic nonmetal mineral fillers have important significance in reducing cost of industrial production.And with inorganic nonmetal mineral fillers entering,production’s mechanism capability improves,indeed the production will hold some new special function.Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) has been an important method in analyzing material or production’s environment performance.This paper choose ground calcium carbonate (GCC),precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) and talc,carried out Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method,described the calculating method of life cycle inventory about these fillers,and obtained the life cycle inventory.更多还原
