矿井混凝土井壁材料腐蚀劣化途径及服役安全问题对策研究

【摘要】 矿井井筒是矿山的咽喉,井筒井壁结构的稳定性状况则决定着整个井筒的安全性。近期以来,许多混凝土井壁结构出现了耐久性问题。研究表明,矿井井壁结构在长达近百年的服役过程中,长期受到深部地压、采矿扰动、高矿化度水渗流等复杂的力学因素和化学因素的作用。在我国西部等高矿化地下水地区,矿井混凝土井壁材料在荷载和侵蚀环境中的腐蚀、劣化问题及其对混凝土井壁耐久性的影响将更加突出。在这种严酷条件下服役的混凝土井壁,其损伤与劣化同时受到力学因素、环境因素等双重或多重因素的耦合作用,而且这种力学和化学作用对井壁材料及结构的劣化作用相互促进,使其损伤劣化过程显著加快。因而大大降低了使用寿命。因此,分析在复杂环境下矿井井壁材料的腐蚀劣化途径,研究其长期可靠性和安全性,探求提高井壁混凝土安全性和耐久性的技术途径非常重要。

【Abstract】 Mine shaft is the throat of mine,the stability situation of shaft and shaft lining structure determines the security of the entire shaft.Lately,many durability problems of concrete shaft lining occur.The results show that,in nearly a century service process,shaft lining structure suffer complex mechanical factors and chemical factors in a long time,such as deep ground pressure,mining disturbance,high salinity water seepage and so on.In western China with high mineralized underground water and other regions,the effect of shaft lining materials of mine concrete on corrosion and deterioration problems in load and erosion environment and durability of concrete shaft lining will become more prominent.Concrete shaft lining that serve in such harsh conditions,its injury and deterioration suffer by both mechanical factors,environmental factors,such as the double or multiple factors of the coupling effect,moreover,such mechanical and chemical effects on shaft lining materials and struture’s deterioration promote each other,which significantly speed up its injury and deterioration process.Thus it greatly reduces the service life.Therefore,it is very important to analyse the corrosion and deterioration way of shaft lining materials under pomplex environment,study its long-term reliability and security,and explore tne technical approach to improve safety and durability of shaft lining concrete.
