【摘要】 本文以天然羊草种子为试验材料,研究了不同灭菌时间对羊草种子萌发的影响。结果,不同的灭菌时间对羊草种子污染率及发芽率产生很大的影响,均随着灭菌的时间的延长而降低,发芽羊草种子的最佳灭菌时间为70%乙醇浸泡5min,1g/L升汞溶液浸泡15min。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper taking natural seeds of leymus chinensis as testing material,studies different sterilizing times for leymus chinensis seeds germination influence.Results,the effects of different steriliaing times on the contam ination rate and germination of the leymus chinensis seeds were different and they all showed down trend with the prolonging of the sterilizing time.Our observations are that:the seeds germinate leymus chinensis,best sterilizing time for 70%alcohol immersion sterilization 5min,1g/L mercuric chloride solution soaking 15mint更多还原
