新型高亮度橙黄色长余辉发光材料Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+

【摘要】 采用高温固相法首次合成了新型橙黄色长余辉发光材料Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+,采用XRD、荧光光谱、余辉衰减曲线、余辉光谱和热释光曲线对其进行表征。XRD测试表明所制备的Sr3Al2O5Cl2.Eu2+,Tm3+为单相。荧光光谱测试表明,该材料的激发光谱为200~450nm的宽带;其发射光谱为主峰位于620nm的宽带谱,属于典型的Eu2+的4f65d1→4f7跃迁。其中,没有观测到典型的Tm3+的发射峰。在紫外光的激发下,Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+的余辉时间可达4h,余辉初始亮度接近5000mcd/m2.余辉光谱的测试表明,该材料的余辉发射光谱与其发射光谱的峰形和峰宽完全一致,表明余辉发射也属于Eu2+的4f65d1→4f7跃迁,通过余辉光谱计算其色坐标为(0.52,0.46),表明余辉颜色为橙黄色。最后,通过对热释光曲线的分析解释了Tm3+掺杂显著改善Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+余辉性能的原因。该材料的研制提供了一种新的长余辉发光基质材料,同时丰富了现有长余辉发光材料的余辉颜色。

【Abstract】 An orange-yellow emitting Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+ material with bright and long-lasting phosphorescence(LLP) has been newly developed.Its photoluminescence properties were investigated by XRD, fluorescence spectra,phosphorescence decay curve,phosphorescence emission spectra and thermoluminescence curves.XRD results indicate that the samples studied are free from impurities.The incorporation of Tm3+ into the Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+ as an auxiliary activator dominates the phosphorescence and thermoluminescence characteristics of the material to a large extent.The emissions in Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+ for both fluorescence and LLP are due to the 5d→4f transitions of Eu2+.The orange-yellow phosphorescence with the chromaticity coordination of(0.52,0.46) can persist for nearly 220 min at recognizable intensity level(≥0.32 mcd/m2). The investigation of LLP material Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+,Tm3+ produces a novel host material for LLP and enriches the color of LLP.It may have potential application in various displays and signing applications.
