绿色发射荧光粉Li2Ba1-xEuxSiO4的紫外可见和低压阴极射线发光特性的研究

【摘要】 采用高温周相反应方法合成了二价稀土离子Eu2+掺杂Li2BaSiO4基质荧光粉Li2Ba1-xEuxSiO4,测定了它们的紫外激发发射光谱、阴极射线发光以及荧光寿命等性质。结果表明:Li2Ba1-xEuxSiO4荧光粉在250-450nm波段有很强的吸收,最强吸收位于357nm,发射光谱为主峰位置大约位于501nm的典型Eu2+离子的4f65d1→4f7跃迁宽带特征发射,猝灭浓度约为0.9mol%。低压阴极射线激发的发射光谱显示样品Li2Ba0.991Eu0.009SiO4为较强的绿光发射,并且有较高的饱和电流,说明在样品在场发射显示(FEDs)上可能有潜在的应用。此外,荧光衰减曲线表明,荧光寿命大约为600 ns,符合Eu2+离子的4f65d1→4f7跃迁的荧光衰减特征。
【Abstract】 Eu2+-activated phosphors Li2Ba1-xEuxSiO4 were prepared using a solid-state reaction technique at high temperature,and the properties of photoluminescence(PL ) excitation and emission spectra, cathodoluminescence(CL) and luminescence lifetime were studied.The results show that phosphors Li2Ba1-xEuxSiO4 have intense absorption in the wavelength range between 250-450 nm.The emission spectra exhibit a broad band with a maximum at -501 nm,which was attributed to the typical 4f65d1→4f7 transition of Eu2+.The optimum luminescent concentration is about 0.9 mol%.Emission spectra under low voltage cathode-ray excitation reveal that sample Li2Ba0.991Eu0.009SiO4 show intense green emission and high saturation current,indicating that the phosphor may have potential application for field emission displays(FEDs). Furthermore,the luminescence decay curves indicate that luminescence lifetime of these phosphors is about 600 ns,which is agree with the luminescence properties of Eu2+ 4f65d1→4f7 transitions.
