金属热还原法制备V-Ti-Fe-RE中间合金
Technics of preparing V-Ti-Fe-RE master alloys in metallothermic reduction method

【摘要】 以V2O5、TiO2、REO等为原料,采用金属热还原热法制备了V-Ti-Fe-RE中间合金,考察了V2O5与TiO2的加入比例、用铝量、复合还原剂用量和点火方式对合金成分及金属回收率的影响,并用XRD和SEM检测了中间合金的物相和表观形貌。结果表明,原料中m(V2O5)/m(TiO2)为0.5,实际用铝量为理论量的95%,复合还原剂用量为铝量的1/3,并采用下部点火时,得到的合金与目标成分较接近,并且杂质含量较低。金属热还原法得到的合金中存在一定量的铝杂质,一部分以合金形式存在,一部分以氧化物的形式存在。另外,合金中的钒和铁元素分布比较均匀,钛则存在着一定偏析,有一部分集中在富钛相内。合金的成分不均匀,主要由冶炼后期炉内急冷造成,可以通过精炼及热处理来改善。
【Abstract】 The process of preparing V-Ti-Fe-RE master alloys with metallothermic reduction method was studied in this paper.Influences of some factors on metal recovery rate and alloys composition were investigated.The results showed that the alloy approaching target composition can be obtained,and the impurities content were not high.The appropriate technological conditions were as follows:m(V2O5) /m(TiO2) was 0.5,addition amount of Al was 95%of the theoretical values,the amount of combined reducing agent was 1/3 of the Al amount,and using lower ignition.The alloys acquired in the experiments contain aluminum impurities,which existed as alloys and oxides.In addition,vanadium and iron distributed uniformly,while titanium distributed unevenly,one part got together.Uneven composition caused by rapid cooling,and it can be improved by heat treatment and refining process.
