高州普通野生稻饲料营养含量的QTL定位
Identification of QTLs for Nutrient Contents of Gaozhou Common Wild Rice (Oryza rufipogon Griff.) as Forage

【摘要】 应用85个SSR标记,对普通野生稻与粳稻台中65为亲本建立的F2群体进行基因检测,构建了覆盖水稻基因组12条染色体的SSR分子标记连锁图,采用Mapmaker/QTL 1.0统计软件对决定水稻的粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗灰分、硅酸和可溶性糖含量的基因座位进行定位分析,最终定位了影响粗蛋白含量的3个QTLs,影响粗脂肪含量的1个QTL,影响可溶性糖含量的3个QTLs,影响硅酸含量的2个QTLs,这9个QTLs分别位于第1、第2、第4、第7、第8、第9、第10和第11染色体上,其中主效QTL4个,微效QTL5个,没有检测到影响粗纤维含量和粗灰分含量的QTL。
【Abstract】 A genetic linkage map consisted of 85 SSR markers was constructed based on a F2 population derived from a cross between a cultivated rice"Taichung 65"(Oryza sativa L.)(♀) and a common wild rice(Oryza rufipogon Griff.)(♂).The markers in the linkage map distributed on 12 rice chromosomes.The statistic soft of Mapmaker/QTL 1.0 was applied to detect QTLs for contents of crude protein,crude fiber,ether extract,crude ash,silica and water soluble carbohydrate.The results showed that there were 3 QTLs for crude protein,1 QTL for ether extract,2 QTLs for silica and 3 QTLs for water soluble carbohydrate,they were identified in chromosome 1,2,4,7,8,9,10 and 11,interval mapping identified 4 major QTLs and 5 minor QTLs.QTLs for crude fiber and crude ash were not detected.
