镧在草—菇—土系统中分配规律与循环利用

【摘要】 利用吸收镧的牧草适时栽培食用菌,探讨菇类对植物体(牧草)内镧的吸收利用规律及其影响效应与安全性评价。同时返回利用菇渣作牧草生长有机肥,研究镧的迁移动态与残留状况,分析与评价镧元素的循环利用。结果表明,施镧牧草栽培的杏鲍菇子实体产量均比不施镧牧草栽培的高。施镧南非马唐栽培的杏鲍菇子实体各种氨基酸含量和各类氨基酸含量大都高于不施镧南非马唐栽培处理。施镧圆叶决明栽培的杏鲍菇子实体品质明显低于不施镧圆叶决明培养料栽培的杏鲍菇,但其产量和品质仍高于南非马唐栽培的杏鲍菇。施镧促进了两种牧草对大量元素N、P和K的吸收,使得培养料N、P和K含量相应得到提高,从而对杏鲍菇子实体产量和品质产生了作用。用菇渣作肥料种植南非马唐,对其干物质重均有不同程度的影响。施镧促使两种牧草植株镧含量增加,从而使得培养料镧含量相应得到提高。子实体中镧含量在各处理中变化不大,并且含量很低,低于有关标准,可以认为是安全的。

【Abstract】 After the forage was used for edible mushroom cultivation,the effects of La in forage on mushroom were discussed and the safety assessment was also completed.In addition,through reusing the mushroom compost as organic fertilizer for another season of forage,the transportation dynamics and residue conditions of La were investigated and the cycling use potential of La was analyzed and appraised.The results showed that fruiting body yields of Pleurotus eryngii cultured with applied La forages were higher than that without applied La.Most of all kinds of and different sorts of amino acid concentration in fruiting body yields of P.eryngii cultured with applied La forages were higher than that without applied La.The quality of fruiting body of P.eryngii cultured with applied La Chamaecrista rotundifolia was not as good as that without applied La C.rotundifolia,but the yields and quality were still higher than that of Digitaria smutsii.Application of La promoted the absorption of N,P and K for the two kinds of forages and increased the concentration of N,P and K in compost accordingly,thus took effects on the yields and quality of fruiting body of P. eryngii.The mushroom compost was reused as organic fertilizer for D.smutsii,which took different effects on the dry matter weight of D.smutsii.Application of La enhanced the absorption of La in plant of the two kinds of forages,as a result,the concentration of La in compost increased accordingly.As the concentration of La in fruiting body was lower than the related standard and differs little in different treatments,the fruiting body can be viewd safety.
