低能离子N~+注入对高羊茅发芽率的影响
Effects of low engery N~+ Ion implantation on seed spouting of tall fescue

【摘要】 本试验通过比较低能离子N~+注入高羊茅种子在不同剂量、不同注入次数及大小真空室两个处理室间发芽率的差异,结果表明:随剂量梯度增大,A组(2次注入,小真空室)、B组(4次注入,小真空室)试验中,高羊茅种子的发芽率都呈下降趋势,但A组(2次注入,小真空室)比B组(4次注入,小真空室)降低趋势更快、C(2次注入,大真空室)组试验中高羊茅种子都不发芽。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the indexes of low engery N~+ Ion implantation,including different dose of N~+Ion beam,different times of ion implantation and different vacuum-room,affected on the germination rate of tall fescue.the results showed the germinating rate at A(pulse times:two,small vacuum-room) and B(pulse times:four,small vacuum-room) were reduced and A fall faster than B,but at C(pulse times:two, big vacuum-room) treat,the seed of tall fescue all died.
