豆科模式植物蒺藜苜蓿(Medicago truncatula Gaertn.)作图群体遗传分析

【摘要】 通过形态特征和SSR标记,对蒺藜苜蓿(Medicago truncatula Gaertn.)种质资源进行了鉴定和筛选,选配两个差异较大的蒺藜苜蓿亲本W5160和Jemalong进行杂交,获得杂交组合W5160×Jemalong,进而构建了蒺藜苜蓿的F2群体,并应用植物数量性状主基因-多基因分离分析法对该群体的相关性状进行了多个世代的联合分析。结果表明,19个不同来源的一年生苜蓿遗传多样性丰富。Jemalong、DZA、Caliph等种质间有较大差异。W5160×Jemalong组合一级侧枝长度以及种子产量的遗传模式为两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性+显性多基因模型。该组合分离世代F2群体侧枝长度、百荚重、种子产量等农艺性状的遗传以主基因为主,多基因遗传率相对较低,在育种中应重在主基因的利用,兼顾多基因的积累。

【Abstract】 The germplasm of the annual medicago were been identified and screened for genetic mapping using agronomic character and SSR markers.A pair of parent of the M.truncatula W5160 and Jemalong was been selected,which have remarkable difference between them on agrinomy triats.The F2 population of the medicago truncatula was constructed with hybridized W5160×Jemalong.Using the major gene plus polygene model of quantitative traits,a joint analysis of multi-generations from the cross between W5160 and Jemalong was carried out to investigate the inheritance of the some agronomy traits.The results showed that The genetic diversity of the 19(?)ual medicago germplasm from different resource was ample.Jemalong,DZA and Caliph from medicago truncatula germplasm have remarkable difference.The results of joint analyses of P1,P2.Fland F2 generations of W5160×Jemalong showed that the branches and seed yield inheritance was controlled by two major genes and polygene mixed inheritance model.The inheritance model of the length of branches,100-pod weight,biomass and seed yield fitted two major genes plus polygene model.The heritability values of the major genes of F2 population were more higher,the heritability values of those polygene were lower.In the improvement of breeding of the medicago,accumulating polygene should be emphasized,while utilization of major genes is preferred.
