储存时间对腺苷和虫草素在柞蚕蛹虫草中分布和含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究储存时间对腺苷和虫草素在柞蚕蛹虫草中分布和含量的影响。方法:用RP-HPLC法分别测定柞蚕蛹虫草子实体、菌核及整草中腺苷和虫草素含量,并与相同储存时间的米饭虫草进行比较。结果:1.储存一年的柞蚕蛹虫草腺苷和虫草素的含量顺序为子实体>菌核;总量顺序为菌核>子实体。储存二年的柞蚕蛹虫草腺苷和虫草素含量有所降低,其分布规律以及总量顺序没有明显变化。2.储存一年的柞蚕蛹虫草中腺苷总含量高于二年的,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但其虫草素的含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3.米饭虫草中腺苷含量是柞蚕蛹虫草的1.6倍,虫草素的含量是柞蚕蛹虫草5倍。结论:储存时间对腺苷和虫草素分布规律以及总量顺序无明显影响,但对其腺苷总含量有显著影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of the storage time on the distribution and content of adenosine and cordycepin in silkworm Cordyceps militaris(L.). Methods: The content of adenosine and cordycepin in Silkworm Cordyceps fruiting bodies, sclerotic and the entire grass were measured by RP-HPLC and compared with the same storage time of rice Cordyceps militaris(L.). Results: 1. The content of adenosine and cordycepin in silkworm Cordyceps militaris(L.) which was stored one year were higher in fruiting body than sclerotic. But it was in the sclerotic that the total amounts of adenosine and cordycepin were the higher. And for these stored two years, the content of adenosine and cordycepin had decreased, but the total amounts and the distribution did not change significantly. 2. The total content of adenosine in one year’ Silkworm Cordyceps was higher than two years’, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).But the content of cordycepin had no significant difference(P> 0.05). 3. The content of adenosine in rice Cordyceps militaris(L.) was 1.6 times than Silkworm Cordyceps militaris(L.). And as to cordycepin, it was 5 times than Silkworm Cordyceps militaris(L.). Conclusion: There was no significant effect of the storage time on the distribution and total amounts’ order of adenosine and cordycepin in silkworm Cordyceps militaris(L.), but there was significant effect on the content of adenosine.
